“SHE BE DANCIN”

Los Angeles, CA. (IB – March 20, 2007) – If you missed this season’s premiere of ABC’s television show Dancing with the stars, you definitely missed a treat!

The Queen of Boxing and undisputed Boxing Champion Laila “She Be Stingin” Ali showed the world that she has mass skills in dancing as well. Laila and her dance partner, Maksim Chmerkovskiy danced the Fox Trot. Bruno Tonioli said “This Fox Trot was oozing sex appeal and allure.” Carrie Ann Inaba said “You’re seamless, you’re effortless, and you’ve got that strength that I love watching in a woman dancing.” Len Goodman said “Float like a butterfly, glide like a swan.” Laila Ali & Maksim Chmerkovskiy received a score of 23 out of 30 points. This marked the 2nd highest score of the night, with the top score going to Joey Fatone & Kym Johnson who danced the Cha-Cha-Cha and scored 24 out of 30 points.

While it’s too early to see how this year’s competition will unfold, what is for certain are two things; 1) Laila is going to be a fierce competitor with plenty of skills, and 2) She is going to look extremely beautiful in doing so as well.

So in the end, she is a very awesome representation of the sport of boxing and she is giving fans around the world, plenty to cheer about even outside the ring!
